LeaderCast Edmonton Event Photography

Leadercast is one of the most recognizable international leadership training event which provides a great opportunity for both employers and employees to experience the leadership roles a few top running leaders. This year, the organization invited Muhtar Kent, Dave Remsy, John Maxwell and many more other speakers who gave inspiring talks to us. Despite the few technical difficulties we undergone during the satellite conference(ew! technology!), the affecting messages was delivered to each of everyone at the end and I am sure everyone acquired a new perspective of the role of a true successful LEADER. Even I, as a photographer of the event grasped a few important points of being a leader, which will ultimately beneficial to Memorti Photography and church! Stay tune for more photos!

UoA: World Record Dodgeball Game

“On February 5th, 2010 the University of Alberta set a new Guinness World Record for the Largest Game of Dodgeball with 1,198 players. After several attempts by other groups to set a new record in September of 2010 the University of California (Irvine) succeeded with a game boasting 1,745 player. “

And UofA got it back with 2012 players! It was such an incredible experience shooting this amazing event. Thousand of those red apple looking dodgeballs flying around the field? Wow! I should probably make a clip of the event in slow motion and add “The Blue Danube Walt” as a background theme song… Its just reminds me of some sports comedy :)

Despite me and Pauline getting hit continuously by these flying dodgeballs during the shoot (and our equipments too!), it was definitely worth it.

1040 Edmonton at University of Alberta

1040Edmonton is probably one of the greatest and biggest Christianity event ever happened in University of Alberta. 700 more people joined the event on the day and most of them walked out with a refreshed heart for God. Jaeson Ma, a pastor and also a rapper came to Edmonton and lead the night with us. It was indeed a crazy nigh. Good Job and props to everyone who helped organizing the event and everyone who volunteered during the day! It was awesome and people see it! God sees it!.
