Wohoo, just finished my midterm – it was easier than I thought, but still, all I need is a pass.
Unfortunately I still need to finish a stupid annotated bibliography for my research paper.
The bibliography itself is due on Monday… T
The research paper is due on Thursday…

Ironically speaking, I haven’t pick my topic for the research paper yet.
I am definitely gonna write something about science; I have no intention to write anything based on shakespeare’s work or those theoretical art concepts.

Oh gosh, I hate literature class with my dearest hearts. We read short stories, we read dramas, plays, and essays. Although I must admit that these literature writers were indeed talented, their work were indeed expressive,  yet I personally think the messages were highly unpractical. We talk about great themes in class ranging from colonizations to homosexuality, but seriously? There are much vocabularies to learn and reading will unquestionably improve your language fluency, but seriously? I just don’t understand how english literature may contribute to a better world in 21st century . I am not going to draw my conclusion too quick; but me being trained to think scientifically, I simply cant appreciate the work of Shakespeare at this moment of my life.

The only thing I enjoy so far in that class are the movies…

And of course, those English nerds can probably write a 50 pages long single line space research paper about the interview about aristocracy and hypocrisy. AND THIS IS THE PART I DON’T UNDERSTAND THE NATURE OF ENGLISH LITERATURE!
